Follow Me
In November 07 I was busy, very busy making out my will,
talking about how I wanted my funeral, even picking out
music. The Dr had pretty much given up on me and I had
given up on myself. I was so ill, and so medicated. I was
morbidly obese. I was diagnosed with and was being
medicated for, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, gerd,
hernia, fibromyalgia with fatigue, knee pain, thrombophelia,
nerve pain , chronic depression and anxiety in addition to all
of that I had one Dr diagnosing me with crohns disease and
one diagnosing my with IBD. I had just had a complete
hysterectomy, oopherectomy and my appendix removed,
prior to that my gallbladder and thrombophlembitis. No one
knew why yet I was still gaining weight.
So yes, I was planning my funeral because I did not think
that I was going to be here in spring 08. Why would I? The
Drs couldn't figure it out and I was failing as a wife and a
mother. Then something happened, it was that snap back into
reality moment.
So I began searching for that last chance. Then I found it.
The first few days were typically tough, but I knew it was
my last chance, and that isn’t just a cliché, it really WAS my
last chance. By the end of the first week I knew this was
going to work, by the 30th day I had dropped 22 lbs. Within
60 days my blood pressure was down, my labs were normal
and my cholesterol was dropping. If that wasn’t enough, the
soy was diminishing my hot flashes and reducing my
inflammation.
I have a new life, a medication free life.
In March 08 I made the commitment to help others who are
in the same situation that I was in.
So ask yourself; does it work? Yes!! Can you do it?
Yes!! Will I help you? Yes!!
There IS hope!
